Leon Taylor is an Olympic Silver Medallist. After 20 years in elite sport, he has gone on to become a speaker, coach, mentor, workshop leader on a range of high-performance topics and the BBC's "Voice of Diving".
He is a valued mentor to Olympic and Paralympic athletes and his passion for improving mental health by pursuing physical exercise led him to deliver his popular TEDx talk.
Daryll Scott is an author and expert in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
He is currently a performance coach, therapist, keynote speaker and Director at a London Digital Agency.

We do not publish the running order of the event because we love surprises. However the design of the day is extremely precise and draws upon the following disciplines:

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself.
Is there a dress code?
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and allow a range of movement. No high heels.
