Sound bath ( oriental bowls, bells, chimes, cymbals and gongs and drums)
Bathe in the sublimely healing tones of crystal singing bowls and gong. The resonance of these instruments is tangible, making it not just an auditory experience but also like receiving a sound massage! Acupuncture is optional.
Throughout the ages, sound has been used to heal, strengthen and soothe. During a sound bath, most people experience a wonderful feeling of relaxation, and you can expect to leave the session feeling balanced and restored.

Sound vibration meditation will support you to activate your own inner healer. It will penetrate your meridians, energy fields and access deeper healing on a multitude of levels: physical, emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual.

During the session you will be given an opportunity to experience the NADA ear protocol which uses single use sterile needles. Research demonstrates that the NADA protocol may be effective in reducing and /or alleviating trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, irritability and cravings.
Practical Info :This is not suitable if you suffer from tinnitus or sound induce epilepsy. If you have any metal implants/ pacemakers etc. please let us know and don’t sit near the front. Families are welcome however we don’t recommend this event for babies or very small children. It really does depend on your child and we know 4 year olds that are into it. If you are under 18 we ask for parental consent for the acupuncture. Eat light before the session.
