Surround Sound Bath with Didjeridu & Gongs: Rest & Recalibrate

  • THE TABERNACLE TRUST The Tabernacle 34-35, Powis Square LONDON United Kingdom (map)

Michael, Purl, Olivier and Janet will be your guides for the evening as they bring their love for sounds combining multiple unique gongs, didgeridoo and other healing/soothing instruments to take you on an all immersive surround sound journey to improve your emotional and physical wellbeing, giving you time and space to rest and recalibrate.

How A Sound Bath Works

It is said that disease occurs in the physical body because of the mind not being at ease. The last couple of years have proved challenging for everyone and taken its toll both physically and psychologically, affecting the way we connect, not just with ourselves, but with each other and with our surroundings. We are energetic beings and every cell in our body has a precise frequency, and when the body is out of frequency (synchronicity), it results in illness. Think of the discordant sounds from an orchestra that's not in synch. The energy of sound harmony and synchronicity attempts to address discord and disharmony. The desired objective is the union of the mind, body and spirit.

Sound baths are energy medicine that bring balance to the whole body, holistically and nothing is left unaffected. The mind lets go of thoughts, constant mind chatter is silenced, and the body relaxes, enabling portals to open, allowing questions long pondered to be answered, allowing the body to correct itself, bringing you back into synchronicity. This is your time to connect with your deeper self. To rest, receive, rebalance and restore. To shake off the stresses of life and set new intentions. There is nothing to do, no dogma to follow, nowhere to be, but in the present moment. Let your mind and every cell in your body absorb the vibrational sound frequencies, go with the journey and 'be'.
