WHO ARE WE?

Strictly Law is a small community driven law firm that believes in equal rights and opportunities for all, regardless if age, sex, race, or religion.

We are a virtual law firm in that we meet our clients in their own home; in Centres for the elderly and disabled; in Community Supported Housing complexes; in care homes; Lunch clubs etc, or at one of the Community Centres where we hold FREE ADVICE CLINICS. In this way we are able to keep our overheads low and therefore offer a much more cost effective service.

WHAT WE DO:

Typically at our Advice Clinics we offer free advice on most of the issues that concern us daily. If action is required, such as letter drafting, telephoning, form filling etc., a fee will be charged. Often the client does not need to consider litigation and sometimes no actions are required, merely an explanation and an understanding of their situation, which we provide.

We also offer clients the opportunity to have a standard Will drawn up for the all-inclusive fee of £60, which is unbeatable good value.

Below are just a few things Strictly Law can do for you: - Case Preparation - Company Incorporation - Debt Recovery - Form Filling - Letters of Complaint - Letters read and explained - Name Changing - Partnership Formation - Power of Attorney - Lasting Power of Attorneys (in case of illness/incapacity - Pre-action Case Preparation - Pre-nuptial Agreements - Bespoke Contracts - Wills - Probate - Online Self Assessment (HMRC)

The FREE LEGAL ADVICE CLINIC is a drop-in clinic, but appointments can also be made. Appointments will take precedence over drop-in clients who will have to queue and wait their turn.

To make an appointment for slots during the drop-in times on any day, please call STRICTLY LAW on: 0203 292 1335  /  07827 885 385
